Kristalia was founded in 1994 by young local entrepreneurs joined by two common passions: design and jazz. Currently Kristalia srl is composed of and led by motivated, highly involved in the development programs: Strategies analyzed by the owners are implemented, in fact, only after the confrontation with the entire staff. This constant search for a team spirit, with which to face many challenges as possible, creates enthusiasm and dedication.
The company Kristalia is surrounded by greenery of the north-eastern Italy, in an area traditionally active in this sector; This strong bond is reflected in production that privileges the solutions with minimal environmental impact and aims for maximum recyclability. In October 2005, ending the renovation of the Kristalia headquarters that has been enhanced with a new showroom area: a large open space, within which the new technical office was also obtained. In this space there is the formation of technical personnel and sellers, a truly informative place considered as a communication platform and place of inspiration.
Kristalia outset pays special attention to the most innovative projects, by means of experimentation and the search for new techniques and solutions using materials from the fields of fashion and sports.
Autumn of 1995, Kristalia presented its first catalog to the commercial network. The first products of the target corresponds to an average age consumer, oriented towards contemporary, with high average economic capacity and the need to find what he or she purchases reassuring tastes and details, bound to tradition. Since the late '90s, with the creation within Kristalia of a definitive company organization, comes the desire to pursue a new path, to turn to more young drivers, not necessarily tied to tradition and offer a product with aesthetic and qualitative characteristics especially close to contemporary Italian design.
Today Kristalia offers a vast collection of designer products (tables, chairs, seating systems, tables, chairs systems, stools, furniture accessories, lamps, bookcases) that stands out for its essential character and for the ease of placement, obtaining important results in the contract sector. Strong of successes in this area, Kristalia presented in April 2008 the first contract catalog, a careful selection of products that aims to meet the needs of furniture architects and interior decorators. Best Company are selling the "Sushi" table by Bartoli Design in all its forms; the chair "Boum" by Monica Graffeo, winner of the Young & Design 2003 competition; the chair "Face", design Luca Nichetto; the stool "BCN", Harry & Camila design, winner of the Good Design Award 2008. The last major supply sees Kristalia create the furnishings of the new offices of the Triennale Design Museum, which will be inaugurated during the Salone del Mobile in Milan.
